About Me
Hi, I'm Aneta, founder of Haus of Strength.
If you'd told me a few years ago that I'd become a Personal Trainer, I probably wouldn't have believed you.
Like many people, I started going to the gym because I wanted to feel better about myself. I wasn't chasing personal bests or trying to look like anyone else. I just wanted to become stronger, healthier and more confident.
Somewhere along the way, training became something I genuinely enjoyed. It stopped feeling like something I had to do and became part of my everyday life.
Now I want to help other people experience that too.
I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, but I'm also someone who works full-time, has a busy schedule and knows that life doesn't always go to plan.
That's why I don't believe fitness has to take over your life to make a difference.
Whether you want to feel more confident walking into a gym, get stronger, improve your health or simply build better habits, my goal is to help you find an approach that works for your lifestyle.
No quick fixes.
No unrealistic promises.
Just honest coaching, support when you need it and someone in your corner who genuinely wants to see you succeed.
Haus of Strength isn't just about lifting weights.
It's about building confidence, creating habits that last and proving to yourself that you're capable of more than you think.
If you're ready to take that first step, I'd love to help you.

The Haus of Strength Philosophy MY TOP 10 COACHING PRINCIPLES 1. Consistency beats perfection. One great workout won't change your life. One missed workout won't ruin it. Keep showing up. 2. Master technique before increasing weight. Good movement builds strength. Poor movement increases the risk of injury. 3. Progress isn't measured only by the scales. Strength, energy, confidence and how you feel are just as important. 4. Don't compare your journey to someone else's. Everyone starts somewhere. Focus on becoming stronger than you were yesterday. 5. Recovery is part of training. Your body grows stronger when you rest, recover and refuel. 6. Food is fuel, not the enemy. Eat to support your goals, not to punish yourself. 7. Celebrate the small wins. Every workout, every healthy choice and every positive habit counts. 8. Build habits you can maintain. The best routine isn't the hardest one—it's the one you can stick to. 9. Be patient with yourself. Real change takes time. Trust the process and keep moving forward. 10. Never underestimate what 90 days can do. Small actions, repeated consistently, can completely transform your confidence, strength and mindset.
